Scheduling Appointments Policy:

Appointments can be scheduled in-person, over the phone, or through NÚA’s online booking system. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.


Deposit Policy: 

A 50 euro deposit will be taken for all consultations/services at NÚA, this is contributed to your chosen treatment, package or products.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and no show policy: 

Notice requirement: NÚA Aesthetics requires a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service. Failure to do so will result in a deposit fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or service will result in a 100 euro fee. 

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. 


Appointment Confirmations:

Our system will send appointment reminders via phone, email, or text It is the client's responsibility to confirm or reschedule appointments upon receiving reminders.

Booking and rescheduling advice:

We recommend rescheduling appointments or services as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 


Prepaid sessions/packages:

Failure to cancel, attend or reschedule your prepaid session within the 48 hour period will result in that appointment being forfeited and deducted from your course/package. 

Patch test policy: 

A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to completing laser treatment at NÚA Aesthetics using Trilaser. The patch test fee is 30 euro which can be contributed to your desired package or treatment. Must be over 18, not breastfeeding or pregnant. 


Laser packages: 

NÚA Aesthetics laser packages consist of 8 sessions. If treatment is satisfactory after 6 sessions the last two can be used as maintenance within a 6 month period. 


Special offer terms and conditions:

All offers are subject to a limited time only. Each offer/campaign has a timeframe in which it can be availed of and used by. 


Discount Code Policy:

Discount codes cannot be redeemed, resold, exchanged or refunded.


No Refunds on discounted items:

All purchases of discounted items are final and non-refundable. By proceeding with a discounted purchase you are acknowledging and agreeing to this no refund policy. 


Availability of stock purchases:

We will make it our priority to ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date stock information. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a refund.



Delivery of Products:

Please be aware delivery may take up to 5-7 days. 


Complaints Policy: 

Everyone has the right to expect a positive experience and a good treatment outcome. In the event of concern or complaint, clients have a right to be listened to and to be treated with respect. 

Formal complaints are addressed within 48 hours in writing or in person by NÚA Aesthetics.

Payment for services is due at the end of the appointment. We accept exact cash amounts, credit cards, online and split payments.

Gift Voucher Policy:

At NÚA Aesthetics, our gift vouchers are perfect for aesthetic treatments and skincare services.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Validity: Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the purchase date.

  • Redemption: Can be used for treatments and skincare products but not exchanged for cash.

  • Booking & Cancellation: Appointments require 48 hour notice for changes. Late cancellations may void the voucher.

  • Suitability: All treatments require a consultation. If unsuitable, the voucher may be used for an alternative service.

  • Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Promotions: Discounted vouchers may have specific terms and cannot be combined with other offers.
